We had the glorious pleasure of meeting beautiful and beautifully talented Ragen at last year's Phoenix Faerie Festival...and what a delight she is! It was this exact picture that caught my eye and I just HAD to have it. We now display it beautifully framed in our house. Visitors have asked us if it's actually glowing. Of course it is!
